Yoga Therapy session: $ 95

3 session package: $ 260

5 session package: $ 420

Therapeutic Yoga classes (in person or online), usually in small groups.

Yoga for Back Pain, 6 classes: $120/person

Yoga for Shoulder pain, 6 classes: $120/person

Yoga for anxiety, 6 classes: $120/person.

Private Yoga Class: $ 95/class for Mount Pleasant/West Ashley. I add a commute fee for more distant areas.
