One-on-one work with the client using yoga techniques (poses, meditation, breathwork, chanting) to help in the healing process of a variety of chronic illnesses.
Yoga is a complementary approach that helps to lessen suffering in conditions that promote chronic pain, lack of mobility, weakness, lack of balance, anxiety, and depression, among others. Some examples are back pain, hip pain, shoulder and neck pain, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, scoliosis, Parkinson disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and high blood pressure.
