Programs for Seniors

Balance and Beyond

A program to prevent falls designed for seniors, offered in 5 classes (60-90 min per class). You will leave each class with a short yoga sequence (10-15 min) to practice at home.  At the end of the program you will have 5 short sequences that will target the physical, mental and energetic components that you need to prevent falls. You will be inspired to dedicate a daily short practice to preserve one of the most precious gifts of life: your ability to be independent.

·        Offered to individuals or small groups.

·        Online or in person.

·        Schedule will be determined with the group.


Online fee for all sessions combined

·        One person: $350

·        Two people: $ 225/person. Two person-household: $200/person.

·        Group of 3-5 people: $ 150/person.

·        Group of 6-10 people: $ 125/person.

Fee for in person program to be determined depending on location.
